Online coaching is a flexible and accessible way to get expert support with your fitness, wherever you are. It’s perfect for beginners who want guidance, structure, and motivation — without needing to be in a gym or meet in person. You’ll receive a personalised training plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and current fitness level, along with regular check-ins, feedback, and support from your coach. You can train at a time and place that suits you, with clear instructions, video demos, and ongoing encouragement to help you stay on track. It’s all the benefits of personal training — made simple, convenient, and completely tailored to you.

Hybrid Coaching

Hybrid coaching combines the best of both worlds! The personal support of face-to-face training with the flexibility of online coaching. It’s ideal for beginners who want hands-on guidance during some sessions, along with the freedom to train independently at other times. You’ll receive a personalised plan tailored to your goals and fitness level, with in-person (or live virtual) sessions to check form, build confidence, and keep you motivated. Between sessions, I will stay connected with you online, offering updates, feedback, and ongoing support. Hybrid coaching gives you structure, accountability, and flexibility — all in one easy-to-follow programme.
