Who Is LZB?

My fitness journey didn’t begin in a straight line — it started in 2017 and took some unexpected turns. In 2019, I faced a life-changing setback when serious health complications from Sickle Cell forced me to step away from work indefinitely. That period was one of the hardest in my life — full of uncertainty, pain, and moments where I felt completely lost. But in the midst of that struggle, I made a choice: to reclaim my strength, not just physically but mentally and emotionally. I turned to fitness not as a quick fix, but as a form of survival — a way to take control of my life when everything felt out of my hands.

What began as a personal fight grew into a passion and a mission. As I rebuilt my body and spirit, I realised I wasn’t just training — I was healing. And I wasn’t alone. That’s what led me to become a personal trainer: to help others find their strength, their confidence, and their own comeback story. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all backgrounds — from individuals managing chronic conditions like diabetes, to athletes reigniting their purpose, to everyday people looking for a fresh start. No matter where you're starting from, I believe in meeting you there. Because fitness isn't just about physical change — it's about rediscovering what you're capable of, and knowing you're never in it alone.
