Hybrid Coaching combines the best of in-person and online training, giving you hands-on guidance while letting you train on your own schedule. Each month includes four 1-hour personal training sessions (1/week), where we review your progress, adjust your plan, and refine your technique. Alongside this, you’ll receive Premium Online Coaching. A fully personalised plan with video feedback, form analysis, nutrition guidance, and unlimited messaging for support between sessions.

 

At £300/month, this package offers exceptional value compared to purchasing in-person sessions and online coaching separately, while giving you the full experience of hands-on guidance, accountability, and flexibility.
