Ideal for those who are self-motivated but want expert structure and clear direction. You’ll know exactly what to do every time you train, without the guesswork.

Perfect for: Independent individuals who just need expert guidance and consistency.

ELITE - £200/month

Full-access coaching; your trainer in your pocket.


The Elite plan offers the most comprehensive support, combining custom training, detailed form reviews, nutrition coaching, and unlimited messaging access for ongoing feedback and motivation.

 

This is as close as it gets to having a personal trainer with you every day; without stepping foot in my studio.

Perfect for: Clients ready to commit fully to their goals and want complete accountability, feedback, and guidance.

PREMIUM - £150/month

Coaching with feedback and fine-tuning.


The Premium plan builds on the Base package by adding video feedback and form analysis so you can perfect your technique and see real progress faster.

 

You’ll still get weekly check-ins and a fully tailored program, but now with deeper support and hands-on guidance that feels personal, even from a distance.

Perfect for: Those who want expert eyes on their form and more interactive coaching.

The 90-Day Lock-In
(APPLICATION ONLY)

Affordable coaching, real support, lasting change.

This program was created for individuals who want to take charge of their health but face financial or medical barriers. The 90-Day Lock-In is a structured, low-cost coaching option designed to make fitness accessible, supportive, and sustainable for everyone.

Over 12 weeks, you’ll work closely with me to build healthy habits, improve movement, and create a foundation for long-term wellbeing physically and mentally.

• 12 weeks of online training and accountability
